Founder & Licensed Massage Therapist

Monika

Monika Perelman is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Craniosacral Therapist (CST) with a strong foundation in holistic wellness and therapeutic bodywork. Originally from Europe, her early upbringing fostered a deep connection to natural living, self-care, and healing practices.

After overcoming her own physical challenges, she explored a range of modalities, discovering the transformative power of massage therapy. This experience shaped her approach and commitment to helping others restore function, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being.

Monika completed her training at Body In Mind Massage Institute in New Jersey and pursued advanced studies in Craniosacral Therapy at the Great River Craniosacral Institute. Her work combines technical precision with intuitive understanding, supporting a wide range of clients—from athletes to prenatal and postpartum care.

Her approach is rooted in one principle: when guided by knowledge and intention, therapeutic touch creates lasting and meaningful change.

Stretch Therapist & PT

Natmir (Nick)

Nick is a highly skilled stretch therapist with a strong foundation in physical therapy and therapeutic bodywork. Originally from Macedonia, he completed his university education in physical therapy and massage, followed by several years of hands-on clinical and practical experience in the field.

After relocating to the United States, Nick continued to refine his expertise by earning additional certification from the Body In Mind Massage Institute in Toms River, New Jersey.

His work focuses on active recovery, improving range of motion, increasing flexibility, and restoring stability and balance within the body. Nick is known for his precise, results-driven approach, helping clients move more efficiently, reduce discomfort, and build long-term resilience in their bodies.

With a dedicated following and years of experience supporting a wide range of clients, Nick brings both depth of knowledge and a high level of care to every session.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Robert

Robert is a seasoned massage therapist with over 25 years of experience, known for his exceptional skill and deeply empathetic approach. Throughout his career, he has built a strong and loyal client following, reflecting the trust and results he consistently delivers.

He worked with the Rutgers Scarlet Knights football team for 12 years and has extensive experience working with professional athletes across the National Football League, National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, and National Hockey League.

His work is rooted in connection—creating a sense of safety, comfort, and ease for each client. With a broad repertoire of modalities developed over decades of practice, Robert intuitively adapts each session to meet individual needs, supporting relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being.

Dee is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong background in both therapeutic bodywork and spa operations. With years of experience in the hospitality and wellness industry, they bring a refined, professional approach to every session.
